We are a family run company, specialising in high quality speciality sauces & pesto's from around the world, made locally!
Having worked in the hospitality industry for several decades, in numerous countries, has given us the privilege of building our skills and knowledge to offer these unique products.
We have developed a range of 16 speciality sauces and pesto’s. This has been our passion for just over 12 years.
Currently supplying several retailers and over 20 local markets across our beautiful country and so doing, also supporting our local communities.
All our sauces are made with only the finest ingredients and of course fresh herbs. Hannay's Sauces uses no artificial preservatives, colourants or additives in any of our products. Pesto's made with extra virgin olive oil.

Our range is Halal compliant, Vegan friendly, Vegetarian and NO NUTS, so allergen safe… (“Rum syrup” contains alcohol).

Our products have a wide variety of tastes and flavours to compliment or enhance any meal, which has created ongoing repeat business. Just to give you an idea, of one item in our range: We make an Argentinian “Chimichurri” which is a Pesto like mix of fresh herbs and can be mixed with butter as a melt on a steak… Thinned with olive oil and fresh lemon juice, as a dressing… Or as a spread, on your favourite sandwich… While still being health conscious, as its good for you, helps with digestion and packed with flavour!

Sauces come in a 300ml glass bottle.
Pesto’s come in a 260ml glass jar. (1ltr's are available - online only)
Limited editions like: “Carolina Reaper” and our “Chilli & Chocolate” sauces, come in a 100ml plastic bottle.

All products have their own Barcodes and expiry dates (1 year). "6 months shelf stable"
